Enterprise Legacy Program
A record of a career, presented as an heirloom.
Long-service and retirement gifts usually arrive as a single ceremonial object. With Journey, an organization can build the story for years beforehand — so the timepiece arrives already carrying the work it commemorates.

How it works
Contributed over years.
Handed over in a moment.
HR teams, managers, founders, coworkers and retired colleagues are invited to add authorized milestones, photographs, notes and video to a Journey attached to a specific timepiece. At presentation, the recipient proves possession of the object and becomes its custodian — with full control from that day forward.
First day
The founding team photograph, or the first desk.
Promotions
Recorded by HR with the date and the role.
Major projects
What shipped, who built it, what it changed.
Awards
Recognition, in the words of the people who gave it.
Community impact
Customers, partners and the work beyond the office.
Retirement tributes
Messages and video from colleagues past and present.
The control model
The employee owns the ending.
Scoped
Organizations may contribute only to Chapters they authored.
Revocable
Access ends at presentation, or earlier at your instruction.
Never permanent
No organization gains control over private family Chapters.
