Meridian is a distinct line of Linn & North watches — designed in the same workshop, held to the same navigational identity, and engineered for the enthusiast who wears a watch every day. The flagship house remains the reference: hand-made, singular, built around the Journey. Meridian distils that character into watches of simpler construction, thoughtful materials and an attainable price.
It is not a discount line, and it is not a separate company. It is Linn & North, drawn for a wider horizon.

Design intent
The things that matter.
Nothing that doesn’t.
A watch does not become better simply because every component is more expensive. Meridian starts with the experience of wearing the watch and works backward. We spend where it changes that experience and simplify where it doesn’t.
The result is a watch built around value rather than cost.

Where it adds little practical value
Expense is reduced where a cost does not translate into a better watch on the wrist. Ornament without purpose, complexity without benefit, and finishing that only a loupe sees are edited out before they reach the final design.
The Meridian philosophy
Value is a design decision.
Attainability at Meridian is achieved by editing, not by cutting. We remove the expensive artisanal processes that don’t change how a watch wears — and keep everything that does: proper movements, honest water resistance, durable crystals, legible dials, and cases finished to be handled.
The result is a watch that feels considered rather than compromised — mechanical character and enthusiast details, chosen because they matter, at a price that opens the house to more custodians.

Meridian watches are drawn with the same hand as the flagship house — then engineered for daily wear and honest serviceability, not ornament for its own sake.

Proper movements, real water resistance, durable crystal and cases finished to be handled. Enthusiast details, chosen because they matter, not because they photograph well.

Thoughtful materials
Fewer artisanal processes than the flagship Linn & North pieces — but nothing cheap. Every material earns its place through durability, legibility and feel.

Attainable, never discount
Meridian exists to open the house to more custodians. The price is lower because the construction is simpler — never because the standard is.

Meridian asks a different question: how much of that thinking can we preserve when value becomes part of the design brief?

Meridian carries the identity of the house rather than inventing its own: the compass mark, the navigational language, the discipline of the atelier. Where Linn & North speaks of journeys and custodianship, Meridian speaks in headings, coordinates and instruments — the abstract language of finding your way.
Every Meridian timepiece is registered in the same Journey system as every Linn & North piece — verifiable serials, authenticated provenance, and a living record that follows the watch from first custodian to the next.
