Care

Service for the life of the watch.

Every Linn & North timepiece is supported by the watchmakers who built it. Service is recorded as authenticated provenance in the Journey Record, never lost to paperwork.

Authorized service

Service, repair and regulation are performed by Linn & North watchmakers or certified partners. Every intervention is logged in the Journey Record.

Authenticated provenance

A service record signed by an authorized watchmaker is a verified Chapter. It is always separate from personal narrative, and never altered by the custodian.

Warranty & transfer

A five-year international warranty follows the watch, not the buyer. Transfer Custodianship moves the full record to the next owner in a single step.

Routine care

What to expect,
and when.

Mechanical watches are living instruments. We recommend a full service every five to seven years, depending on wear. Water-resistance and accuracy are checked at each service visit, and the case, dial and movement are photographed for the record.

Between services, a full wind each morning, an occasional rinse under fresh water if the crown is sealed, and a soft cloth at the end of the day are all the watch needs.
